The process of submitting a matching gift request is simple. Here's how it works:

  • Search: Use the above tool to find out if your company offers a matching gift program. Just enter your employer's name into the database and you'll immediately receive your eligibility information.
  • ​Select: Click on the Go To Matching Gift Form button to access your company's online portal or paper form. You just need to enter a few details like the donation date and amount.
  • ​Submit: We'll verify your donation and work with your company to process the matching gift. The matching gift will be sent directly to St. Patrick.
