Saint Patrick's Athletics Association

Athletics are an integral part of the educational process for student athletes at Saint Patrick Catholic School. Athletics provide not only an avenue for the development of athletic skills, but for the development of the total person. 

Athletics teach life skills including responsibility, accountability, team building, fair play, and determination. Coaches work with individuals and teams to improve performance and promote character, leadership, and sports citizenship. 

We take great pride in our program and want all of our players to experience success and a feeling of a job well done. The Athletic Association sponsors basketball and soccer for students in grades  3rd to 5th grade.

All of our school teams are coached by parents and high school volunteers. Parents are expected to be role models for their children an respect the decisions made by both the coaches and referees. The aim of teams is to teach Christian Sportsmanship at all events.

Shamrock Basketball Tournament

St. Patrick Catholic School has been the host to the Shamrock Tournament which is held that last weekend of January. Teams from NC, SC, and GA come together for a fun filled weekend of sportsmanship and competition.

The tournament dates this year are Feb 19, 20 & 21
